My husband loves Koreatown. He says that it’s the closet he can come to Blade Runner within the city’s confines. I don’t know about that. I hated Blade Runner, but love K-Town. One thing I will agree is the quick adoption of futuristic devices.
Out of all the little enclaves on LA, I think Koreatown has a lock on nifty gadgets for use and these buttons in the restaurants are just one. Most other places, the buttons are just a one-touch deal and look rather old. This one at Haus Dessert Boutique is the first I’ve seen with individual buttons for specific actions. I love it.
Now, they just need to get touchscreen ordering.
